Entrainment
There are many different definitions regarding entrainment.
You find this terminology in chronobiology, engineering, hydrodynamics, meteorology, physical geography, physics and music.
In general it could be said entrainment is the interaction/communication from one form of vibration to another.
Entrainment is also relevant when your body, which reacts autonomically, synchs up with strong, external rhythms, pulses or beats.
The entrainment effect of vibration, especially when derived from music causes the person to either feel well or unwell. You can’t get a way from the music so to speak. Either you become part of it or your body tries to escape from it (disturbing, irritating sensation).
Eckhard Tolle writes beautifully in his books: “In a situation you have only three possibilities; accept it, change it or leave it”. The same you could say about the entrainment effect of vibration. For example when you hear music, you either “move with it”, change it, or leave it. You cannot ignore the music/vibration. Vibration always tries to interact with another vibration.
The approach of Sound of Soul is to emphasise the body’s own vibration through translating it into a vibrational form everybody understands; sound and coloured light.
