\nSound of Soul tries to provide an opportunity to be in unison with oneself and the surroundings in a beautiful but also unique environment. Your individual environment of sound and color light.<\/p>\n
The general understanding of therapy is to localize a problem and, if possible to isolate it and treat it primarily through external influences, literally telling the body what is best and how it should be achieved.<\/p>\n
Most therapeutic approaches in relation with frequencies, sounds or colours are trying to influence\u00a0a person\u00a0positively\u00a0from the outside\u00a0with defined frequencies.\u00a0Based on the entrainment effect of vibration the body has to adjust and adapt to these external influences. However, when the frequency derives from the body itself, it is assumed that the self- regulation ability is supported best. Through this method the stress factor, which normally occurs during the adaptation of own vibration to external vibrations is avoided.<\/p>\n
If you listen to music, you have to adapt yourself to it. If you listen to your own sound you do not have to adapt to it. It is you already. The assumption is that nothing is as perfect and unique as your own inner beauty. And nothing fits you better than you than your own frequency.<\/p>\n
